Lecturer (Education & Innovation) – Grade 8
£40,792 - £51,630 pa
You will be based in the Centre for Educational Development and Support (CEDS) in the Faculty of Health & Life Sciences. Your main responsibilities will be to enable and support the Faculty and University to deliver its education strategy, through innovative educational developments and project delivery across many disciplines. The purpose of this post is to provide expert educational knowledge and understanding in order to support academic staff in the development of face to face, online and blended delivery resources that will support learning and teaching. This will include the development of innovative ways to support the student experience for undergraduates and postgraduates, both on and off campus. A track record of curriculum development within higher education is an essential requirement of this role. This is an academic post and the successful applicant will be expected to undertake continuing professional development activity and contribute to the scholarship within their discipline.
You should have a Higher Degree in either education, digital education or a related subject (must include completion of a significant piece of independent work).
