Are you an experienced Conveyancing Secretary?

Are you looking to join a very well established practice?

We have an excellent opportunity for you to join a highly reputable firm in Slough. The Company also have further locations in their network.

Working with a friendly team of professionals this position will be, ideally, starting in Mid- August and the role will include:

Supply Quotes to clients/Agents
Client care letter to client/initial letter to Agents/initial letter to Solicitors
Prepare Contract papers on any matter
Apply for Searches and report on water and environmental search
Deal with files once contracts have exchanged including slips on our accounts package, letters
Post Exchange work - Lawyer Checker/Land Registry Searches and redemption requests
Prepare Invoices and Completion Statements
Deal with files up to Completion
Deal with files on day of Completion
Deal with all Land Registry Registrations
Liaise with Land Registry with any enquiries
Leasehold Notices on completion
Post completion work - Deeds to clients/Bank/Building Society's
Close files on the system and on our accounts software
Audio/copy typing
