Senior Sales Consultant
Location: Manchester
Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP26,000 per annum plus performance-related bonus

You will focus on sales to build and maintain a strong pipeline as well as generating leads for the team. You will be a self-starter with a strong business head, who is motivated by sales, targets and comes with a solid background in recruitment or sales. You will have access to your transport and be willing to travel around the north east region visiting potential or existing clients.

The Sales Consultant Role
* Actively targeting key prospective customers in the geographical area
* Identify business development opportunities building an active pipeline of activity
* Cold calling, attending client meetings and actively promoting the Staffline brand
* Maintaining a positive working relationship with key account customers ensuring connections are nurtured and developed to facilitate further growth opportunities
* Providing 'out of hours' on-call support when required
* Analysing and managing performance against important metrics
What are we looking for?
* Sales confidence is essential, with strong negotiation skills, with a commercial mindset
* You will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and customers
* The ability to adapt quickly to changing demands while working in a dynamic environment
* You will be passionate, driven and outgoing
* The ability to build leads and maintain a pipeline of contacts and leads
