Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR, Reward & Project Coordinator to join our vibrant HR Shared Services office based at the Liverpool Echo office. The HR, Reward & Project Coordinator will predominantly support with the planning and delivery of HR Projects and Reward related activity. Through excellent coordination, communication and Excel skills, this role will work collaboratively with all HR functions to ensure projects are organised and progressed in line with milestone dates and to also successfully co-ordinate Pay Review, Bonus, Long Service Award and any other related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with the planning and delivery of annual Reward projects and processes
  • Fully coordinate and undertake Pay Review and Bonus administrative activities
  • Produce and present Reward data for senior business stakeholders
  • Maintain and manage Reward data held in HR Systems
  • Provide advice to the business on Reward policies and processes
  • Co-ordinate the progress of all HR Project activity
  • Support project progress meetings; helping identify any risks or issues
  • Contribute to project and process review meetings; helping drive continuous improvement
  • Train the HR Services teams on Reward policies and procedures
  • Other Reward activity such as National Minimum/Living wage increases, Salary/benefits Benchmarking Pension Supplements and long service awards

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a self-motivated and confident multi-tasker, who works well under pressure. This role requires attention to detail, so if you're all about the finishing touches, we want to hear from you. You'll need to be highly organised, as you will be juggling multiple projects and running multiple reports at once. An analytical mind is also important for this job; you'll need to gather complex data and translate it into layman's terms for your target audience, therefore it is essential that you are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel.

You'll need to be flexible and adaptable; a creative approach to problem solving and coming up with new ideas is essential to this role. You'll also have fantastic interpersonal skills, and will be able to communicate with ease to all levels of staff right across the business.
