Little Yellow Duck Recruitment is working in partnership with a reputable Facilities Management provider to recruit a Helpdesk Co-ordinator to join their busy office based in Edinburgh. You will form part of a large team of both service and supply chain coordinators in managing the PPM and Reactive maintenance of the company's engineering workforce.
Your main duties will include:
* Being the point of contact for customer enquiries, job logging, out of hours bookings and ad hoc business requests.
* Liaising with the engineering workforce and sub-contractors, allocating work to engineers and diary management for regional area.
* Closing off Reactive, PPM and Quoted jobs for engineers and sub-contractors.
* Raising purchase orders to sub-contractors for reactive works and obtaining on-going updates.
* Effective jeopardy management of jobs within designated area.
* Working in conjunction with all contract staff (FM, Security, Technical Services, Waste and Cleaning Partners) to ensure seamless delivery of frontline TFM solution.
The successful candidate must have:
* Previous experience working in a similar Helpdesk role - ideally within a Facilities Management environment.
* Experience of operating a call logging system.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to work to tight schedules and deadlines.
* Capability to operate all Microsoft packages.
The package on offer:
* GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 per annum

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
