Loading Shovel Operator

We are currently recruiting an experienced Loading Shovel Operator to join our clients state-of-the-art recycling facility based in Hartlepool.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain full time, permanent employment, joining the business at stage one of the commissioning process.

This multi-million pound facility is one of its kind in the country and will process a range of fibre products.

Due to the nature of the working environment, you must be a competant in operating the machine safely in small, tight spaces.

The ideal candidate will;

- Be an experienced Loading Shovel operator, with experience of operating indoors

- Will hold a full and valid Loading Shovel licence

- Have previous waste management or recycling experience

- Be able to work in smelly and dirty environments

- Own a pair of safety boots

- Be reliable and hard working

- Be willing to work on a fortnightly day and night rotation

- Be looking for a long term, stable opportunity
