Our client, an established business based on the outskirts of Stone Town Centre require an experienced Credit Controller for a temporary to permanent contract. They offer full training and have a reputation for looking after their staff and customers at a very high level.
THE ROLE
Due to expansion, the client is looking for an additional credit controller. They are professional business with a fantastic reputation in their sector. Responsible for ledger control of our key/blue-chip accounts and liaising with internal staff for resolution of queries. Chasing the various accounts branches, for queries and processing of invoices to payment stage and use of in house systems for sales ledger and sales information. Other adhoc duties will include lots of reconciliation on Excel, opening new accounts and credit checking.
REQUIREMENTS
Competent in excel, good communication skills at all levels, a good team player but able to work on their own initiative. Would suit a person with good administration and organisation skills. You will be available immediately and will need little supervision and have the experience to prioritise a heavy, demanding workload. Previous experience in a Credit control based role would be desirable, with a good telephone manner and the desire to succeed and develop your skills. Some Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point or Outlook 365 experience and experience of working to KPI's / Targets in previous roles.
