Our client is a well established and respected Agency brand in Dorset, an exceptional opportunity has arisen to join their team as a Branch Manager in one of their North Dorset branches. The role can be based in Blandford, Sherborne, Shaftesbury or Dorchester.

You will natural capability and warmth to engender great team spirit, lead by example and be calm under pressure. You will have the professionalism that staff and customers will respect and that staff will be motivated to work for and with- a natural leader!

You will manage the day to day business working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services.

You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.

You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Our ideal manager is

* An experienced Lister or an Experienced Estate Agent who is ready for the step up

* Has demonstrable experience in property sales

* Professional attitude

* Is able to manage lettings departments

* Able to prove a track record in generating new business

* Resilient, positive and friendly

* A Full UK driving licence holder

* Target driven

* Ambitious and hungry for success

Salary 25-30k DOE PLUS bonuses/comission
