We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive - eCommerce to join us in Kemble and drive the success of our new web store.

The Role
As an Digital Marketing Executive - eCommerce, you’ll support the growth and success of our web store, which sells the entire scope of IT products, from switches, firewalls and laptops, to laptop bags and monitors.
Initially, your role will be split 50/50 between managing our web store and supporting our marketing activities. As the web store grows, you will focus primarily on eCommerce duties.
Specifically, you will:
- Ensure that customers receive the best possible eCommerce user experience
- Help to identify best-selling products, underperforming lines and maximise sales opportunities
- Make sure that pricing, stock and product feeds are current and correct
- Monitor and analyse category performance
- Help to promote our brand (as we’ve recently re-branded)
- Assist with the creation of marketing collateral
About You
To join us as an Digital Marketing Executive - eCommerce, you will need:
- Experience in an online or eCommerce merchandising role, ideally within a B2B environment
- Previous experience of driving sales performance by turning data into action and results
- Experience with digital media channels, including Google AdWords, SEO and Analytics software
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to use web analytics to analyse and interpret data
Ideally, you will have basic knowledge of HTML editing and working primarily within a CMS environment, but this is not essential.
