This new part-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis. The starting salary will be from £20,836 pro-rata on Grade D, depending on qualifications and experience.
Summary of the role/position
We are recruiting for a Contracts Paralegal to join us working as part of the Legal team based within the Compliance, Governance and Risk Directorate.
You will be an experienced, organised and enthusiastic paralegal, with an eye for detail, to provide support to a busy team working on commercial, research and education matters. You will be involved in drafting and negotiating a range of standard contracts and providing administrative support to the team.
You will work closely as part of the Contracts and IP team within Legal Services to ensure the provision of an effective contractual negotiation and administrative function to the University. This will also include covering a range of activities primarily relating to the University’s research and intellectual property portfolio.
