We are currently working with a fantastic hotel resort in the Sutton Coldfield area who are looking for a passionate and talented chef de partie to join their award winning restaurant kitchen team.

The restaurant boasts an AA rosette award for their culinary services, they use fresh locally sourced ingredients to create dishes inspired by all different worldwide cuisines. The restaurant caters for both lunch and evening a la carte menu's and is also used to cater for the hotel guests breakfast.

The position of chef de partie will be working under the guidance of an experienced sous chef and head chef, working closely to develop new menu's, train junior staff, maintain high levels of service and kitchen hygiene standards.

The job is working five days per week, straight shifts, to a 48 hour contract. Shifts are usually from 12-10pm including both weekday and weekend shifts, flexibility is required due to the nature of the business. There is live in accommodation available, own transport is required if you are not looking to live on-site
