We manage over GBP114.9 billion of investments on behalf of over 900,000 customers. We're here to create prosperity for the generations of today and tomorrow. We measure this not only by our ability to create wealth for clients, but also the positive impact we make on their lives and our broader contribution to the industry and society.

About the role

We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Lead to join us on a fixed-term basis for up to 12 months. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for leading a volume resourcing project (both internal and external hiring) associated with a business transformation programme. You will operate in a blended role combining strategic thinking and tactical/operational delivery therefore it is important you have the ability to operate at a strategic level in addition to remaining hands on and close to the detail. Planning is crucial to success in this role in order to deliver multiple, volume resourcing campaigns in a timely fashion.

You will implement and refine appropriate strategies (spanning attraction, selection and on-boarding) in order to effectively deliver the stretching resourcing requirements of the programme, reporting on and measuring success to the business with a focus on continuous improvement and return on investment. Taking into account the nature of the programme and areas of the business impacted by this, you will need to effectively establish and manage cross-departmental working relationships, partnering with necessary stakeholders at all times.

There will be a unique opportunity to get involved with a variety of projects as part of this role in order to achieve the hiring goals of the programme (including flexible working, inclusion and diversity).

About you

To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you have proven experience in recruitment/resourcing, ideally with a blended agency/in-house background. Experience in managing volume recruitment campaigns is crucial to be successful in this role. A blend of strategic and operational/tactical experience is key; with the ability to measure and refine resourcing strategies to maximise ROI, quality hire and achievement of hiring goals, at the same time as leading on the delivery of recruitment campaigns from attraction to on-boarding.

In addition to your previous experience, it is equally important that you able to effectively build relationships and influence stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. Dealing with ambiguity and changing project timeframes and business demands should not dishearten you, and networking should come naturally to you. It is also important that you have a creative mind-set and can think outside of the box in relation to developing and refining appropriate resourcing strategies to achieve the hiring goals of the programme.
