GBP30,000 to GBP38,000 plus bonus and benefits

JohnstonGreer are working with one of the UK's best-known third-party administration firms based in the Darlington area. Due to continued growth, this reputable firm are seeking a Pensions Technical Training Lead, to guide and train the current pensions administration function.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering role specific technical induction programmes for new starters, on-going training and development of existing staff, creating training framework, maintain training content on relevant systems, providing technical guidance and advice, supporting change management programmes and supporting the pensions administration area on continuous learning, development and the mitigation of risk.

The ideal candidate will have technical pensions background, ideally in Defined Benefit pensions. You will be seeking a new, challenging role where training and development is your main priority.
