Your next role???
As a Production Technician within our multi-functional Lee Team based in Luton, you'll be responsible for proactively maintaining and repairing electrical equipment at our treatment plants, pumping stations and storage sites. You'll be actively involved in capital scheme implementation and process improvement, and you'll work closely with operational staff and other teams to ensure the plants are running reliably and efficiently.

Our ideal candidate will have completed a relevant electrical/ mechanical apprenticeship or hold equivalent recognised qualifications. You'll also have some experience of working on ICA equipment, however this isn't essential and we can provide training.
You'll also have knowledge and experience of water production and supply operations (or similar continuous process industry), although this is not essential. We're looking for someone with great analytical skills and the motivation to provide the best possible service to our business and our customers. You'll enjoy being part of a community as well as working independently, and be able to participate in a standby rota once every few weeks covering all of our sites. A full driving licence is also required.
