An opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join a multi-national Healthcare organisation at their office in Derby. This American organisation specialises in pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare equipment, research and more. They are a leading company in the sector of infection prevention and pride themselves on innovative techniques that aid in better quality of healthcare across the UK and globally. They are now looking for a Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As a credit controller, you will be responsible for management of sales ledger accounts, with key duties encompassing: investigating and recording queries from internal and external stakeholders; maintaining paperwork; running debtor reports for month end; and your key task will be chasing customers by telephone, email and letter to reduce debtor days.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have around 5 years experience working as a credit controller, preferably for a larger organisation or shared services centre. You should be confident in general day to day duties listed above, along with a strong eye for detail and the ability to work well in a team.
