Salary: Band C £20,407 - £23,702 per annum
Location: Coventry
 
Basis: Full Time
Hours: 37 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 
Type: Temporary-Fixed Term Contract
Length of Contract: 6 months Maternity Cover
    
Our client is one of the largest and most successful housing groups in the Midlands providing around 30,000 homes with a turnover of £140 million per year.   
 
They are looking for a self-motivated Neighbourhood Services Assistant to provide administrative support to the neighbourhood team while delivering an excellent service to their customers by dealing professionally with enquiries.
 
The successful individual will have a basic knowledge of social housing organisations and an understanding of their roles. You will have experience of dealing with vulnerable customers, some of whom may be demanding or under stress, and can demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service. As part of a wider team you will have experience of working effectively as part of a team to support the local plans and achieve outcomes.
 
To be successful you will need to have excellent communication skills, and IT skills to input and retrieve data in order to produce statistical information and analysis. You will have the ability to manage, organise and prioritise your own workload.  You will also need to have excellent customer skills to support the Neighbourhoods Team with various customer interactions.
