Due to company growth our client who are an industry leading contract accountancy firm are looking for an experienced payroll admin to join their team. This is an ongoing temporary assignment which may lead on to a permanent position for the right candidate.

You will be working in modern open plan offices for a company that have a fantastic culture, a fun environment and are based in a great location in Warrington.

Duties required:

  • Handling enquiries by phone and email
  • End to end payroll
  • Ensuring all timesheets are submitted on to the portal
  • Completing month end procedures and reconciliation
  • Processing new starters and leavers pay and pension
  • Working to deadlines

Skills required:

  • We would love to hear from you if you have experience in as a: Payroll Administrator, Payroll Coordinator, Officer or similar
  • End to end payroll experience is essential
  • You must be available immediately for temporary work
  • Experience working for an Umbrella or Bureau would be a huge advantage
  • Educated to GSCE level or equivalent

The Package:

  • GBP10 - GBP14 per hour
  • Office hours Monday - Friday 37.5 per week
  • Smart casual dress code
  • Free parking
