In this rewarding and challenging role, you will work with people at risk of homelessness. Helping applicants remain in their own home where possible or support them to find alternative accommodation to deal with applicants who are threatened with homeless, helping them to remain in their current home or rehousing to alternative accommodation.
To fulfil this role, we are looking for a customer focused person with a minimum of 6 months experience of working in front line interviewing and casework management. This role can be busy and demanding, therefore it is essential that you have first class organisation skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and to also have a flexible approach to working hours. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate are also required.
