Financial Reporting Officer
Carlisle, Workington or Newcastle
36.25 hours per week
£24,023 to £28,577 + benefits package

Castles & Coasts Housing Association is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our Financial Reporting team.
This is an exciting time to become a member of our team as Castles & Coasts continues to grow and deliver the best possible services to our customers. You will join the Association at a time when we are moving from a traditional linear structure to a business partnering approach. This represents a substantial change in the way in which we operate with a clear focus upon driving the business forward. The concept for the future of the finance function is around client care, meeting and anticipating the needs of both our internal and external partners.
We are looking for someone who takes immense pride in their work and has experience of maintaining and developing good relationships with internal staff.
You will be experienced in financial management accounts analysis, the production of budget reporting, liaising regularly with customers to improve performance and resolve challenges.
The role will require team work and strong communication skills to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
