Restaurant Supervisor - Llandudno
Salary: GBP18k

Our client offers a brilliant hotel service in the beating heart of North Wales, and helps create a pleasurable experience for those wishing to explore the stunning landscape.
We are seeking for a friendly supervisor, who can ensure that our guests continue receiving the same esteemed service as before.
This is will further entail the need to deliver a smooth and enjoyable service to the guests, and ensure no stone is left unturned.
You should be able to handle complaint and queries in a polite manner with the customer, and dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
You will quickly have to familiarise yourself with the services provided by the restaurant too.
Essential Skills:
Deal with complaints and queries politely
Supervise the jobs of the other staff
