The role

We are looking for an individual to join our Finance team as a Credit Controller. You will ensure timely collection of debt on designated client accounts within the Sanctuary Group. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week. Salary will depend on previous experience and there is the opportunity to earn a target based bonus monthly. Applicants should have at least 2 years experience within credit control and account reconciliation and have the ability to prioritise and work autonomously.

Main Duties:

  • Taking control of a designated series of customer accounts as directed by the Head of Credit Control.
  • Proactively ensuring timely collection of debt in line with credit terms.
  • Maintaining relationships with key customer contacts.
  • Resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Working to achieve set targets in relation to aged debt, debtor days, cash collection or other.

Are you the person we are looking for?

The successful candidate will need to be IT literate with proficiency in MS office including Word and Excel and will need to possess excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks.

You'll need to enjoy working with people and we'll expect you to be friendly, professional and efficient. You'll be enthusiastic, focused and motivated, organised with good written & verbal communication skills. Applicants should have at least 2 years experience within credit control and account reconciliation as well as having the ability to priortise and work autonomously.
