Senior M&E Commercial Manager
We are currently looking for a Senior M&E Commercial Manager to work on a flag ship project in Central London. This is a 5 year project which will be well in excess of GBP100mil and includes both new build and fit out of a listed building.
The suitable candidates will be:
* From a main contractor background working on M&E packages
* Experienced working on healthcare or pharmaceutical new build and fit out projects
* Happy to get involved in some surveying as part of the overall role
* Able to communicate well with colleagues and clients at any level
* Knowledgeable on all commercial aspects of a development of this magnitude
* Able to manage sub contractors and consultancies
This is an incredibly high profile project and as such the role carries a similar weight.
