We currently urgently require experienced Care and Support workers for varied temporary assignments throughout Cornwall. We work with fantastic clients including residential homes, supported living environments and care in the community. We work closely with our candidates to ensure you work in an environment suitable to your skills and experience.

Locations include; St Austell, St Ives, Truro, Falmouth, Newquay, Penryn, Hayle, Camborne. Redruth, Liskeard, Launceston.

One of the key benefits of temporary work is the flexibility it provides. We are happy to fit in around your existing commitments on a weekly basis. We simply ask for reliability from our candidates to provide a great service to all our clients.

We have a range of shift patterns available including days and nights, weekdays and weekends.

Candidates with a valid DBS Certificate, Manual Handling and Safeguarding training may be offered an immediate start after registering with us.

Candidate Specification:

·          Previous experience in a similar role

·          Knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace

·          Compassionate with genuine interest in the well-being of service-users

·          Committed to providing high-quality care

·          Strong interpersonal skills

Essential Requirements:

•               Training in safeguarding and manual handling (Preferable - will need evidence – training can be provided)

•               Enhanced DBS check (Preferable – we can process)

The salary ranges from £8.50- £13.00 per hour
