Group Insurance Manager

About the Role:
The Corporate Compliance Team are responsible for Group insurance and Business Continuity. We act in response to the Group’s growth to deliver corporate solutions mitigating financial and reputational risks.
Group Insurance and Compliance Services Manager is responsible for:

  • Leading on the Group’s claims negotiation, including settlements
  • Ensuring corporate awareness of the risks associated with insurance claims, including below excess, so the Group manages them correctly
  • Managing the implementation and testing of the Group’s Business Continuity Plan
  • Leading all aspects of communication associated with business continuity, including establishing a group to support this work.
  • Continuously ensuring under and over excess claims are managed effectively and efficiently, to reduce the financial impact on the Group.

 We want somebody who has the following:

 

  • Extensive experience of working at manager level or above within at least one of the following areas: insurance administration, claims management, risk management, or finance
  • Previous experience of strategic insurance management
  • Proven experience of developing and managing relationships with senior colleagues
  • Experience of policy development and corporate reporting
  • Self-motivated to deliver against targets: Results driven
  • Proven experience of being creative and innovative
