Home Manager

I am looking for a Home Manager for a fantastic home based in Southampton.

• Permanent opportunity - 40 hour week
• Circa GBP55,000 (negotiable based on experience) plus substantial bonus potential
• Relocation package available
• This role includes covering alternate weekends and some bank holidays

Reporting to the Area Operations Managers - the Home Manager will have overall responsibility for the management of the home; the standard of care practice, catering and domestic services along with leadership and financial management. You will ensure that the home is operating in accordance with requirements issued by the Care Quality Commission.
A commitment to continuous improvement will be a strong focus of this role, which will include; provision of care in accordance with approved guidelines and continual professional development of all staff.
You are qualified and have a proven track record of managing a large fully compliant home. You are a dynamic, focused and proactive leader with a passion for ensuring our residents receive the best possible person centred care.
You are also a nurse with current RMN or RGN NMC registration.
