What will your role be?
You will take principal responsibility for the guidance and management off all casework, referred to the Community Safety Team. Cases vary from complex tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour, to non-legal and legal interventions.
What skills and experience will you have?
You’ll have a good standard of secondary education, and a professional qualification in Housing is desirable. You’ll have experience in working in a housing and community safety environment, as well as experience of working with a range of customers, professionals and agencies to deliver cross tenure services. As part of the role, you will be required to produce witness statements and supporting evidence for civil court proceedings, so it is essential to demonstrate your experience in this!
You’ll be reliable and diplomatic in your judgement and hold excellent communication skills in order to forge and maintain relationships with both public and statutory authorities.
