My client is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team based out of their office in Hampshire. They are a well-established leading independent security solutions company and due to continued growth and success are looking to expand their team. I am interested in speaking to candidates that are pure hunters, have experience generating new business, telemarketing and preferably coming from an IT/ cyber security background.


* Maintain a prospecting database and generate new business.

* Use LinkedIn and social media tools to generate robust pipeline.

* Communicating new product developments and services to clients.

* Proactive follow up of opportunities and meetings and quotes.

* Travel may be required throughout UK

Skills and Attributes:

* At least 2 years' sales experience.

* Proven track record of generating new business

* Comfortable in all aspects of 'new business hunting'

* Work well under pressure

* Highly motivated and target driven

* Effective communicator both written and verbal

Salary and Benefits:

* GBP35,000 base DOE OTE GBP55,000 (attractive uncapped commission structure & benefits)
