Client Service Advisor Aberdeen Part-time, 24 hours About the Role The post holder will be responsible for delivering and ensuring professional customer service whilst maintaining operational standards. Helping us to create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment you will ensure the smooth running of the centre reception, dealing with clinical bookings, membership queries, working closely with HR and promoting all corporate wellbeing initiatives. You have outstanding communication and customer service skills ideally gained within a leisure or hospitality role. You're approachable, personable and able to adapt to different situations. You're an energetic team player with exceptional planning and organising skills. Key Requirements High quality client service interaction Strong resource management skills, including use of Microsoft Outlook.
