Our client is a centrally based Chelmsford business looking for individuals that have a flair for good conversation and speak fluent German which is essential

Currently they have positions available in their Call Centre department and require candidates to make quality appointments for our sales team who are based nationally in Germany.

This role is Business to Business.

They are looking for people to work full time 8 - 4.30 Monday - Thursday and 8 - 1 on Friday this equates to a 35 hour working week, however part time hours are also available.

The correct candidates will need to be motivated, have a focused attitude, strive under pressure, be fluent in German and be able to demonstrate that they can work both on an individual basis and as a team player.

The job role is to contact prospective clients by telephone using the script and training provided to arrange quality appointments for the consultancy business managers from data provided.

Ensure that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained

Observe the company requirements for timekeeping and attendance

Co-operate in meeting personal targets as described in the incentive schemes

Use internet based data or provided data to contact prospective clients as required

Organise data provided by business managers (BMs) to call prospective clients

Forward appointment confirmation details to supervisor

Ensure that computer diaries and hardcopy diaries of BMs appointments are maintained

Record BMs appointments on the display boards

Call mail shot and leaflet leads from BMs if requested

Maintain discipline through observation of the company disciplinary code
