Prospero Teaching is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join the walls within a school in Newham
The role would start immediately until the end of the academic year.
School offers onsite parking and is a 3 form entry Primary School!
The role would include one to one support for children, general classroom duties, helping the teacher, mentoring students, SEN support.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS:
• Location - Newham
• Position - Teaching Assistant
• Start date - ASAP
• Duration / Likely Duration - Long-term
• End date (if applicable) - Academic year
• Full time/part time - Full time
• The minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate GBP70- GBP90 (Annual salary negotiable)
• Hours - 8.30 - 3.30
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Qualified level 2 or 3 (not compulsory)
• Previous Teaching Assistant experience (Desirable)
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional references
