Salary - GBP30,000 per annum depending on experience

Atlas Employment is excited to be working with an established client in the Oxfordshire area, presenting an exciting opportunity for an energetic and dedicated individual seeking a new role as a Property Manager. The successful candidate will be someone who has a commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service and care. The individual must be able to drive and have a working knowledge of Property Management and relevant legislation.

What will you be doing as a Property Manager?

Providing a friendly and approachable first point of contact to clients and customers alike
Handling property enquires and issues through verbal and written contact
Ensuring the timely response to maintenance issues, negotiating and resolving concerns between tenant and landlord
Managing tenancy end and continuation
Ensuring an accurate record, distribution and collection of property keys is maintained
Actively participating in office meetings and discussions to best improve processes and develop the business
Carrying out specific reporting and tracking tasks to maintain an informed overview of progress
Scheduling internal tasks and external appointments, including routine property viewings and new business meetings to build client portfolio
Ensuring procedures and required company standards are reached and maintained
Producing reports and audits relevant to allocated property portfolio
Carrying out administrative tasks including but not limited to invoicing, safety testing and certification, and ensuring weekly figures are collated
Adhering to property legislation including Housing Health and Safety Rating System
Working closely with members of management and achieving team and individual targets

A working knowledge of Property Legislation
Lettings and property management experience
The ability to calculate gross and net rental yields and produce weekly audits
A professional manner and can do/cheerful attitude

A strong attention to detail
IT skills
Planning, time management and prioritisation skills
Discretion and consistency
Easy transport routes from; Oxford, Headington, Cowley, Wheatley, Abingdon, Didcot, Yarnton, Kidlington, Witney and Bicester
