Location: Leeds (LS9)

Hours: To be negotiated (minimum 20 hours per week)

Wage: GBP24,000 - GBP30,000 per annum (pro rata)

Job Role Definition:

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes:

* Provide HR support and advice to employees and managers within the business.

* Oversee HR and payroll procedures (new hires, promotions, terminations, auto enrolment for pension schemes).

* Manage employee relations, to include disciplinaries, grievances, appeals and reorganisations.

* Under the guidance of third party providers you will ensure compliance with current labour laws and update the company handbook and employee contracts as necessary.

* Effectively manage employee relations and collaborate with management and local recruitment agencies to update job profiles and to ensure the candidate is fit to work and has the necessary paperwork (if required).

* Regularly engage with employees regarding career path mapping, performance and talent management along with personal development.

* Support and administer the annual performance management processes.

* Management of employee benefits: health schemes, Company pension scheme and any other benefit offerings.

* Successfully integrate HR concepts and processes into the business, ensuring compliance with current legislation and procedures.

* Connect and engage with local colleges to develop the company apprenticeship schemes.

* Microsoft Office Suite

* You will be able to build and maintain relationships with employees and colleagues in a professional and personable manner, whilst displaying the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality where required.

* Ability to execute, multi-task and thrive in an extremely fast paced, high growth environment by delivering effective and accurate results whilst meeting set deadlines.

Additional info:

* Salary: Negotiated on experience (competitive)

* 23 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays plus 2 additional bonus days after 2 years of service (pro rata)
