At the National Trust we're moving towards data-driven marketing and we're looking for an Analytics Implementations Specialist in our digital products team to make this happen. What you'll be doing
You'll be a core member of the digital analytics team which is responsible for implementing and progressing web analytics solutions to ensure the National Trust is working from a robust data set. As part of the team, you'll also help develop and deliver the best possible digital experiences across our main website and mobile app. You'll be responsible for QA testing the existing implementation, continuously driving improvement and optimising data flows. It will be your role to maintain and enhance the data we use to enable development of insight about our digital estate.
You'll be working with various teams including the digital channels, web content & UX and digital products. As such, you'll be building positive relationships across a variety of functions within the organisations. You will be communicating technical solutions in a way that can be easily understood across the whole organisation.
Who we're looking for
To succeed in this role you will need :-
- Proven experience with deploying digital analytics with Adobe Analytics
- To code regularly in JavaScript.
- Experience of Single Page Apps, AJAX and jQuery
- Experience using Tag Management Solutions such as Ensighten, Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch
- Experience of working with digital marketing, digital products and user experience teams
- Ability to troubleshoot code implementations
- Best practice understanding of coding practices
- UAT Testing experience
- Previous experience creating Solution Design Reference or similar analytics technical implementation documents
- Ability to work with others and build relationships across various teams including the analytics team
