The Role-Early Years Teaching Assistant
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you'll be working with nursery aged students with Autism. The resilient Early Years Teaching Assistant will be working with small groups to find creative and fun ways to engage learning. The Early Teaching Assistant will need to be friendly, patient and nurturing. Needs will vary from each child, so you'll need to be adaptive and understand what works for each student.
