Key Responsibilities:
- To plan and execute, in conjunction with the Professional team (PAG), marketing activity plans (digital/print/events) based upon a core marketing strategy.
- To continuously review / optimise through industry leading metrics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Conduct yourself in line with TWI’s values of teamwork, innovation, taking responsibility, customer focus, adaptability and respect.
Activities will include (but not limited to):
Digital content writing for web, social channel distribution (LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter / Instagram), content for print publication, material to support events, webinars and seminars. Optimisation of content, linked to analysis through GA/SEMrush. CMS mini-site build and development. Brand discovery, delivery and consistency. Liaise with technical project leaders to assist with technical content support/sign-off. E-mail build, delivery and monitoring.

The role will ultimately strengthen the awareness of our Professional Membership proposition, through greater engagement across all targeted audiences (user groups). A structured calendar of activities will underpin this role.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Keen interest in pursuing digital marketing as a career
- Aptitude for creative writing
- Good understanding of social platforms e.g. Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram
- Experience across MS Office e.g. Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Minimal experience using open source web platforms e.g. Wordpress
- A levels: Minimum 2, Grade C or above
- GCSE’s: English grade B or above, Maths grade C or above
