Operations Assistant (Education and Safeguarding)

Salary: c. £17-19,000 depending on experience

Hours: 35 hours a week

Location: Threemilestone, Truro

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced, pro-active and skilled administrator to join our motivated administration team based at Church House in Truro.

The Operations Assistant (Education and Safeguarding) will be responsible for the provision of dedicated administrative support to the Education and Safeguarding teams at Church House. They will also offer general administrative services, including reception, as part of the wider team to support across the organisation.

This role requires an individual with a strong background in administration, particularly event preparation, meeting clerking, diary management and records maintenance. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can take the initiative; have excellent organisational skills; and have experience in providing reception and/or hospitality services. We are looking for someone who is great at communicating; who can manage a range of competing priorities successfully; and who is a safe pair of hands, in whom colleagues will have confidence that they will get the job done.
