We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our passionate, friendly and dedicated team at our busy gastro pub.
The ideal Sous Chef will assist and support the head Chef in the day to day catering operations, including taking responsibility for all aspects of kitchen management in the absence of the head Chef.
Hours of work will be 50 hours, spread over 5 days over 7 which will include weekends and evenings.
