Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

We are recruiting for a Student Service Advisor to join our Helpzone team, Operating as part of the frontline customer-facing team across the college, your role is to provide a welcoming and professional frontline service to all; offering outstanding customer service and impartial information and advice to all students and visitors contributing to a comprehensive ‘one stop’ Helpzone service.
Liaising closely with cross-college staff to take responsibility for the day to day customer enquiries, learner absence records and the college admissions function. You will facilitate a highly effective recruitment process taking individual ownership from enquiry and application through to Welcome Session and enrolment of new and progressing students, ensuring that transition, EHCP and risk assessment protocols are adhered to. You will support and develop the Helpzone Apprentice(s) and will work between the College reception desks and the Helpzone working as part of a valued and flexible team.
The ideal candidate will have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (level 4-9) and experience working with members of the public in a front line capacity. You will need to have the ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as unsupervised with excellent organisational skills and a welcoming disposition.
