Small businesses don't offer many opportunities for progression in HR. This is your chance to step up from a stand-alone HR Advisor or Manager role, into a bigger role.
Working as lead HR for the UK, you'll look after around 80 staff on site in Manchester, and elsewhere in the UK. You'll be starting in a brand new role as the company's HR team in Switzerland want someone who can step up into an HR Manager or Business Partner role.You'll have one direct report who has made great strides to effect change herself, so you'll need to be a steadying hand to coach and develop her, as well as advising other managers in the business to do the same for their teams.
You'll use your experience from a standalone HR role to lead projects, act as an internal advisor and put together a training program and processes to develop new staff.Ultimately, you'll have the drive and dynamism to make things happen and take ownership of HR practices in the UK.
