Office Angels Partnership Accounts are currently working with a prestigious client to support them with recruiting for a Project Coordinator for 3 months.

The role is working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm in a fun and vibrant environment.

You will be required to work closely with the Senior Management team to proactively coordinate and manage the internal production of numerous projects ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner and on budget.

Duties will include:

Plan and lead client and internal meetings and conference calls where required.
Identify opportunities to provide project consultancy and advice on communication best practice to challenge and influence client's thinking.
Accountable to the client for the quality and service level provided on a day-to-day basis and the quality of all aspects of project implementation (i.e. accuracy - regardless of department).
Advise clients of the best approach to a communication project in relation to their challenges.
Compile and manage annual budgets and project estimates. Manage and maintain all aspects of these budgets. Regularly monitor time accrued against project budgets and agreed specifications and proactively challenge or raise issues with appropriate stakeholders (internal and external) at the earliest opportunity.
Implement projects following all applicable internal and external processes. Actively contribute to the development of these processes where they may be able to be improved or do not provide the most effective or efficient approach, yet ensuring the overarching purpose of the process is not compromised.
Create and take responsibility for schedules to deliver projects within agreed timeframes, ensuring they are kept up to date and all project dependencies monitored. Work collaboratively with the Client Director/Associate Client Director to coordinate and manage the appropriate resource for a project and ensure that the resource is fully briefed and clear on their responsibilities, allocated time and deadlines.
Manage all stages of a project (including, but not limited to, briefings, checking drafts, implementing amendments, proofreading, print management and spot checking when required) to ensure the project is delivered on specification and to the highest quality. Maintaining and sending to the client a weekly status report of progress during live projects.
Support other team members as required to ensure world class project implementation.
Contribute to the development of creative campaigns that align with project requirements and, where appropriate, support the delivery of an overarching communication strategy.
Where required, draft and edit clear, creative and technically accurate communications that achieve their purpose within a communication strategy.
Liaise with internal teams on daily basis to plan and manage workflow requirements.
Work closely with and assist in the development of Associate Consultants and others within the team as directed by line management.

The ideal candidate will be:

Service orientated: outstanding customer service, ability to translate client needs, demonstrates commerciality in their actions, management of expectations, developing and maintaining strong relationships
Excellent organisation skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Core consulting skills in communication and project implementation, including: proactivity, questioning, listening and taking a collaborative/partnership approach with clients (not order-taking)
Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and develop workable solutions
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work, including ability to produce high standards of documentation
Confidence to challenge and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders when required
Able to deal with change in a positive way
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and computing skills
Creative and technical copywriting and copy-editing
Experience of proofreading
Basic presentation preparation and delivery
Strong verbal and written communication skills
