Junior Asset Management; Client side
Location: We are working on two positions for this client one based in London and the other in Portsmouth
GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 + car allowance + discretionary bonus
Company: One of the largest property owners in the UK. The client owns and manages a range of properties that range from listed buildings and former workhouses through to award-winning, state-of-the-art integrated health campuses
Position: Capstone are looking for a surveyor part way through their APC or recently qualified, who is seeking the opportunity to develop their career in the early stages within a client side position.
- Actively managing head lease events, sub lease events, analysing asset management data for the buildings in the portfolio
- Supporting the negotiation with Landlords in respect of new head leases.
- Assisting in the development of transaction strategies
- Working with a orking closely with the support teams of the Lease Events team, the Leasing
Training and development: You will supported through the APC qualification to ensure that over time you become a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
