Branch Administrator (Recruitment)

Based in our successful Bedford branch

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm

Salary GBP19,000 - GBP22,000 per annum

Due to the expansion of our Bedford branch, we are recruiting a Branch Administrator to join our team.

We are looking for someone who has a great attitude, can work in a fast pace environment whilst maintaining our standard of service.

Duties of the role will include;

- Registrations

- Support with payroll

- Creating job adverts & handling applications

- Face to face & telephone communication with candidates

- Support on daily fulfilment of bookings

- Administrative duties such as printing, filing, scanning

Skills Required;

- Recruitment

- Team Leader

- Account Management

- Customer Service

The ideal candidate will be;

- Self-motivated

- Computer literate (advanced Excel)

- Able to work in a fast pace environment
