Part-Time Receptionist 

Shepton Vets are looking for a part-time receptionist to join their small animal department, based in Shepton Mallet. 
The main duties of the role include:

•    Answering  the phone and making  client appointments 
•    Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries
•    Maintaining up to date client records
•    Processing customer payments
•    Other customer service duties as required

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer facing role and be a confident computer user. Full training will be provided but experience of working within a veterinary practice would be desirable.

This is a part-time position working 12-15 hours per week and one in six weekends.
