Your next role???

As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, your role will be to be a customer champion by implementing improvements enabling excellent customer experience. You will be working across different sites with our customer facing teams to identify opportunities to senior stakeholders. You will be looking at the changing needs of the business and reacting accordingly. Customer Measure of Experience (C-Mex) is a water industry performance indicator that Affinity Water is assessed on. You will be playing a key role in understanding the impact that continuous improvement on our processes has on this.

You will ideally have experience within a customer focused industry, delivering on process improvements using methodology such as Lean Six Sigma. As the role is across multiple sites, you will be willing to travel across these.
