A new opportunity is now available within an International Bank in the City as an Operations Coordinator in Leasing Finance. You will be primarily responsible for updating all data information onto UK ALFA and ensuring entries are reconciled.
As an Operations Coordinator your accountability's will include:
- Ensure the accounts reconcile against the bank statements
- Updating rates, swap and loan repayments both in the models and Cashbooks
- Liaise with VP with any cash flow concerns
- Ensure postings are reconciled within 10 working business days (Nostro clearance)
As an operations coordinator you will be working closely in our LTAS administration system (eventually to be replaced with LEAF), to be accountable for all UK Branch's documentation. Previous leasing finance experience is preferred although not essential. This is an urgent requirement, please apply within.
