The Building Services Supervisor Role


As a key member of the building services team you'll take responsibility for coordinating, supervising and monitoring the quality of subcontractors work by carrying out regular surveillances and inspections on site.


Victoria Square is a GBP350 Million + mixed-use regeneration scheme in the heart of Woking Town centre, the construction itself involves two 30 storey residential towers, a multi-storey hotel and retail complex.

Your profile


You'll have;

  • extensive experience supervising M&E subcontractors on major construction projects specifically in the residential space.
  • an in-depth knowledge of Building Regulations, codes of practices and standard practices.
  • a practical or technical building services background
