Overview
The firm is looking to recruit a Senior Administrator to join the Shared Service Centre based in Liverpool. To assist with the provision of an efficient, effective and professional administrative support service to the Business Recovery Cashiers team within the SSC.

Responsibilities
This will be a challenging and rewarding role where the successful candidate will support numerous aspects of a growing and dynamic team:

The successful candidate will take ownership for creation and development of administrative tasks within the BR Cashiers team including work flow allocation, Data input onto local workflow systems, stakeholder communication, and production of MI and general team administration duties. Point of contact for the team to support with their day to day activities.

Requirements
• IT skills - strong working knowledge of MS Office and similar desktop applications. Willingness to learn new systems is essential
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work both as a team and alone
• Previous workflow experience desired
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Well presented with a professional level of communication - both verbal and written
• Good time management, organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and complete tasks with limited supervision.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to use own initiative and take a flexible approach.
• Previous senior administrative experience
