The Company
One of the leading hospitality/venues in Birmingham , is seeking a creative and well established Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Team. This is a superb opportunity to lead on all things visual and have responsibility for the Brand Vision.
The Role
- Managing and completing all design output - leading creative across a variety of formats, platforms and projects
- Create and produce outstanding designs across print and digital for all areas of the company
- Manage the design teams workload and provide feedback and mentorship
- Collaboration with external and internal stakeholders
- Designing visually stimulating collateral to support Marketing Campaigns
- Retail merchandise
- Social Media Content
The Candidate
- Expertise in research, conceptual design and implementation.
- Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) including basic knowledge of Animation software (After effects, Premier Pro)
- Understanding of design within Microsoft Word & Powerpoint
- A good understanding of print production processes
- Experience using project management and time tracking software
- The purpose of this role is to create an inclusive and coherent brand vision across all platforms
