Salary £38,242 + £2,500 car allowance 
 
12 months Fixed Term Contract
Full time (37 hours per week although there is some flexibility for the right candidate)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Manager to join our Neighbourhoods Team on an interim, fixed term contract basis for up to 12 months.  This role is to support the Housing and Support Services Assistant Director, and other key managers, in the delivery of tasks and small projects to deliver the corporate plan. This is in addition to ‘business as usual’ services.
 
You will have an excellent demonstrable working knowledge of housing management functions across a wide range of tenure types. To include but not limited to: lettings; tenancy management; anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches; arrears prevention and collection; resident involvement and service charges and leasehold management. 
 
As well as excellent customer care skills, you will be an experienced line manager, with substantial experience of managing teams in a service orientated environment.
 
The nature of this role means tasks and role requirements will be fluid and vary over the duration of this post. You will therefore need to be flexible and agile to respond to this and the needs of the business.
