Our client, based in London, is currently recruiting for a HR Manager on a permanent basis. Our client is a leading gaming and software developer.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The salary for this position is up to GBP60,000.
The ideal candidate will have a Proven HR Manager experience in a commercial fast-moving environment. You will need to be flexible on travel as on occasion you may need to visit the international offices.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
* Create and review HR policies and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose, meet the legal obligations and are representative of the culture and values of the business
* Provide advice and guidance to managers and team leaders on employee relations matters including grievances and disciplinaries, and flexible working requests
* Support the Recruitment Manager in workforce planning and all resourcing activities for your client group, including building a talent pipeline
* Build effective working relationships with managers through collaboration and gain credibility, to influence, coach, and support and develop them in their approach
* Design and deliver training courses and workshops on Employment Law updates
* Maintain continuous professional development in line with CIPD best practice, including attending seminars and external training courses
* Oversee Compensation and benefits responsibilities; including reporting, benchmarking and salary and bonus reviews

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Expertise required:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
* Strong experience of demonstrating sound judgement in ER matters with a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and good practice
* Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel
* An interest/skills in Reward
